The natural spice turmeric can be included in your regular beauty regime either by eating it or by applying it topically to help with blemishes and acne. Make a paste by mixing chickpea flour, honey, coconut oil, and turmeric and smear on your face and let it sit for twenty minutes. It will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.

Turmeric can reduce the signs of aging. It contains curcuminoid pigments that help the body in synthesizing antioxidants. The antioxidants protect skin cells from free radical damage and can slow the signs of aging like dark spots, fine lines, and wrinkles.
Turmeric can cure acne and redness. It removes excess oil from the skin. Mix ½ a teaspoon of turmeric with two teaspoons of sandalwood and some milk to make a paste. Smear it on the face and leave it to dry. Then wash it off, and repeat this process a few times during the week, you’ll see a significant improvement.
