Where did you get this information. I don’t think fruits like avocado and banana help in weight loss. However, I believe fruits that contain vitamin C (lemons and oranges for instance) help in losing weight.

No wonder I’m losing weight steady cos of too many consumption of fruits such as avocado, banana, apples, etc. Maybe i won’t be eating them much, if I’ll continue losing such kind weight.
